Job Description

  • Assist with the financial aspects of transactions from distributors, various Suppliers/dealers and ensure dealers are trained on the basic KYC and other financial requirements.
  • Contact the Client when receiving a potential lead from the dealer network and Explain offerings and recommend products to meet the needs of the Client.
  • Ensure applications, KYC and Financials are collected in a timely manner and Follow up daily with Clients for outstanding documents.
  • Identify and assesses new market opportunities for asset finance within the Supplier.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Clients and Suppliers with a view to gaining access to new Clients that are currently not MOFCL Clients.
  • Discuss the general outline of any required asset finance such as the lending terms proposed (including pricing) with credit for Clients.
  • Weekly and monthly reporting of deals work in progress, as well as portfolio performance.
  • Develop analytic reports, market insights and closely work with Sales and marketing team.
  • Drive the asset processing process; from document collection through to obtaining signatures from relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide support to all Clients, ensuring a high quality of after sales care and support to all new and existing MOFCL Clients.
  • Explain offerings and recommend finance products to meet the needs of the client.
  • Understanding and complying with regulations that affect the asset finance industry.
  • Ensure applications and underlying paperwork are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for the entire sales process from contact with the customer, fulfilment, disbursement, securities, recoveries, collections, after-sales.
  • Contact and follow up daily with leads for outstanding documents.
  • Identify and assesses new market opportunities for asset finance within the MPFCL framework.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, distributors, suppliers’ dealers, vendors and other stakeholders.
  • Structure key differentiated asset financing solutions that serve the need of Clients and meet Company requirements.
  • Timely submission of Reports in required format and providing the Company with analysis on these reports.
  • Undertake relevant training and research to develop industry/ sector knowledge where appropriate.
  • Ensure all relevant policies, processes and procedures are being adhered to.
