Job Description

Record client data in the RC Excel sheet based on invoice data from the system, Share client details with the Bajaj team for registration.
Follow up on registration status and update the RC Excel sheet
Record, file, and securely archive client documents in an organized.
Maintain a tracking log for document movement in and out of the locker.
Monitor and maintain stock levels for two-wheelers and three-
Record stock movement of vehicles ordered and reconcile inventory records.
Record and monitor fuel requests and consumption.
Ensure the RC registration and records of original registration cards are up- to-date and follow up for newly disbursed loans.
Ensure all Archive Excel sheet of Master loan files is up to.
Ensure tracking of documents sent from Branches and dispatch documents to MOFCL Main office.
Maintain records of GPS tracking devices, distribution and stock keeping.
Safeguard and maintain records of clients’ original.
Ensure proper handling and secure storage of sensitive.
Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operations.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations across the organization.
Conduct research and provide support on special projects as required.
