Job Description

Increasing sales and market share of all company’s products in that region through regular market visits, building strong relationships with customers directly, and monitoring and countering competitors’ activities.
Manage the supply chain to ensure no stock out of products.
To achieve profitability of the branch operations by optimizing sales revenue, utilization of resources and expense control.
Managing manpower and building a strong team under him including assessing, motivating, and monitoring the people under him to increase their productivity. Where necessary he should be able to recruit manpower locally.
To safeguard and monitor the assets of the company by regular physical checks and balances and put in place a control mechanism to prevent losses, pilferages, and theft.
Ensuring statutory compliance and liaising with Government authorities.
Handle any other duties as may be given by Management.
