Responsible for the Operation of Wood fired Boiler & Natural Gas Fired Boiler, water treatment plants, and fire fighting.
Responsible for the quality of water feeding into the boiler and utilization of condensate water.
Responsible for receiving and unloading wood and preparation of wood receipt notes.
Properly record plant operational parameters such as hourly readings on motors, gauges, indicators, thermometers, etc., and chemical consumption in plant log sheets.
Performs maintenance works and Preventive maintenance in the Boiler and coordination with electrical.
Responsible for remaindering pressure testing dates to management as per OSHA.
Operation of the plants within standard operating procedures (SOP).
Ensure a clean and safe work area in Boiler and water treatment plants.
Responsible for boiler startups, shutdowns, and changeovers.
Other responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.
