Job Description

Responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of the PET blowing machine.
Perform machine startups and shutdowns.
Monitor the blowing process to ensure that products meet quality standards in terms of size, shape, and finish. Adjust machine settings as needed to ensure optimal production.
Identify and troubleshoot minor machine issues or production problems. Perform minor repairs or adjustments to maintain smooth operation and minimize downtime.
Perform basic maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting machine parts to ensure they are in good working condition. Report major malfunctions to the maintenance team.
Adhere to safety standards and operating procedures. Ensure the machine and surrounding work area are clean, organized, and free of hazards. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
