Ensure duplicate payments are avoided for employees receiving separate incentives, allowances, or other compensation.
Verify leave balances against approved leave applications and attendance records.
Process leave transactions accurately in accordance with labour laws, company policies, and applicable Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA).
Ensure leave transactions are recorded within the correct leave cycle.
Verify public holiday entitlement for employees on leave or during intervening absence periods.
Verify and reconcile attendance data before payroll processing.
Prepare and submit monthly attendance reports within established payroll deadlines.
Ensure attendance records are finalized on or before the 26th day of each month.
Maintain payroll attendance reports and all supporting documentation.
