Job Description

Foreign Remittances/ensure funds are arranged and sent for process and share swift
KYC for all banks including companies
Valuations File handling and coordinating, follow-up with the bank on expiry and valuers
New Account Openings for Various Companies
Addition of New signatories for all accounts and removing / Call Back confirmation
Back up call back confirmation in case Jaswinder travelled is not available all companies
Bank Account Closure / Activation
Facilities File and Documents Maintenance in System and Physical
New Loan follow-up documents arrangements, Printing, Signatures of Mortgages, and Security Documents after review of Legal and CP KYC
Yearly Update of all OD and Facilities
Interest Rates Calculation, Follow-up on Refunds
Monthly and Mid-Month Bank Position of All Units
CMA Stock is updated weekly and released as per CMI and RMB Reports
Cmi Invoice Verification Monthly and Payment
RMB Interest Payment Monthly Verification and Payment (Liaise with Units)
Liaise with the CMI Team on new cotton loans, Maize, Sugar, Fertilizer, and Financing
Cotton Release, Maize and Sugar, Fertilizer Release
Interunit USD Purchase Liaise
Drawdowns with ALL bank and Repayments
Monthly Projections of Due Loans, Arrangement of Funds
Forex Deals, Swaps, FWDS funds arranging
Updating Daily Transfers, Fund position Daily, and Sending Transfers and Following up if completed.
Following up with various Banks on Online Banking filling the Forms for New Accounts Opened and Maintaining the Current Bank Account List.
Original Document Release from Bank - Intimation / arranging Funds / Release Originals Textiles / METL / Bajaj / Tmil / Tpm
Document Release Monthly Projections
Maintain current Import Loans with SCB Bank
Bank Guarantee Application, Renewal, Cancellation, and Funds to Return to Account confirmation
Call all banks daily for USD / Other Currency Position
Liaise with Exporters, Transporters, Hotel, and Tourism for USD / Other Currency Purchase
Old Loans clearing with Brella and Followup
Monthly FX Requirement Report for all Units
