Job Description

Maintain the manpower requisition tracker and follow up with the central recruitment team to ensure timely closure.
Complete onboarding formalities, including induction, biometric registration, and verification of all personal file documents.
Administer biometric attendance and record overtime details in the system according to SOP.
Assist with document filing and record-keeping for all HR-related tasks.
Support payroll processing and salary administration activities.
Address employee grievances and handle disciplinary issues with discretion.
Provide general administrative support to the HR Executive.
Participate in performance management processes, including reviews and appraisals.
Process leave requests and maintain an up-to-date employee leave tracker.
Handle medical reimbursements and other benefit claims, ensuring accurate tracking.
