Job Description

Record and post daily sales transactions accurately in the ERP/Tally system.
Enter and maintain daily collection records in the ERP/Tally system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Prepare delivery and sales-related documents and issue EFD receipts in accordance with company procedures.
Manage petty cash transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure proper documentation of all expenditures.
Perform regular reconciliations of shop accounts, customer ledgers, and related financial records to ensure accuracy.
Handle general office administration duties and perform other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by management.
